No i meet them all it is only Rage causing LAG without Rage i can Play no issues at all, Whats wrong with Rage???

Hi HP laptop, 1 TB Harddrive, 4 GB system memory however as i said GTA files are on my external hard drive so that should be no issue, my C drive is almost empty and clean, OpenIV isn't letting me ad any cars at all, but sometimes EUP won't work, Is Rage unstable or is LSPDFR?

Got it working but it is Lagging so bad why is there so much LAG?????

Hi I am NOT new to LSPDFR or GTAV I am however new to the forums and i hope i posted this in the correct spot.... I have NOT been able to make GTAV play with LSPDFR after the 0.4 updates and i been trying from day one, either the Game crashes at start up, or if it loads and i go on duty there is so much LAG it is unreal, I have Win 10 with 700 GB free space but to be sure i put GTA and LSPDFR on my second Hard drive that is over 700TB, my crash error always says the same something about the Game fiber? I am not sure how to put in my Rage log's but i shall try and i will do screen shots. I am NOT sure how to do the Rage report as a Zip so i shall Paste it here and hope it is okay as i am new and an armature, I wanna play so BAD i miss this Game but it needs to load NOT Crash, NOT Lag freeze or anything, FYI i did a full Factory reset on my PC and also reinstalled the Game a dozen times nothing ever works can anyone tell me what am I doing so wrong? Rage LOG....
