    It works now the FOV wasn't working and crashing the game.

    When i try to open GTA or LSPDFR iRagePluginHook.logt doesn't work ive added 3 guns a replacment for the stun gun, carbine and the combat pistol and i added a FOV mod that's it. I changed the time for plugins to load and the force windowed mode thing.
