Okay so basically game was fine until I installed RDE the newest version and now my game won't stop crashing. Can someone tell me how to uninstall it properly or what files do you guys need to see to find out what is actually crashing my game. Please and thank you!

So it's been a long while since I've gotten on GTA V LSPDFR and decided to get back to it and every time I try to put some type of mod in or mess with the resident.RPF or visualsettings the launcher updates itself basically replacing the old file im assuming? I've tried looking around on thy web but can't find an answer I could've be wording it wrong on google but who knows.. So is there any way to bypass the launcher update when putting stuff in the game..
