    So I'm not sure whats causing the issue but when I call for a SWAT Air Backup it suffers from 2 issues, if they're called when not in a pursuit the helicopter will spawn and just be frozen in the air with the crew falling out and dying, but when called while in a pursuit the helicopter will just act like a normal air unit and won't rappel the SWAT units
