  1. D3DX9_43.dll and msvcr100.dll not found even though they are there

    Crazyguy3401 posted a topic in GTA IV & LCPDFR Support
    I have both files however it says they are not found so I look into the systems folder and they are both there I have updated my game I have both .Net Framework 4.5 and Microsoft Visual C++ Redist 2012 I have even reset my entire pc did everything from scratch so Im not sure what to do also the game does not launch so Im not sure what to do please help
