Been searching around for solutions for this but cant find anything. Rockstar Launcher refuses to connect to Internet. Wont start GTA 5 or LSPDFR. Is anyone else having the same issue?

If this isn't posted in the right area I apologize. I'm having issues with my sheriff cars not showing up when I spawn them. I tried almost everything to get them working but they refuse to show up and instead spawn the stock cars. I also have issues with my police2 slot bugging out. I installed TickleMyElmo's LSPD Taurus from the pack and it seems to mix with the stock police buffalo. It glitches out in between the two cars when I get a certain distance away and I have no idea what I've done wrong. All of my other vehicles are working fine. The only modification I did with the Taurus was add the City Of Los Santos police skin by Echo Wolf. I was told to install all of my vehicle mods into the most recent patchday and that (at-least for me) is patchday21ng. Any help is appreciated!
