ElS requires SHV, while stop the ped is an lspdfr plugin, in most cases no lspdfr plugin should be using SHVDOTNET as there's no point. The only Scripts are the ones that change the movement of the game, some may require SHVDOTNET, depending on the author

Yeah no worries, SHVDOT Net is only needed for scripts in game, while it still personally works for me. It doesn't work for other people

Send your rage plugin hook log, this is in your main directory not your logs folder

Try renaming your mods folder to _mods, then play around with just lspdfr for a bit. See if it still crashes

if updates do happen to come up such as lspdfr updates or gta updates. Its recommended to backup files so it saves you time from reinstalling stuff. For lspdfr, its recommend to just keep a backup of your lspdfr folder so no key binds or changes you made inside will be lost. For gta, the only thing is that when mods folder needs update, it updates the update.rpf's, so any files in those update.rpf's you have to back them up one by one or else they will get replaced.

Rename dinput8.dll to _dinput8.dll try again

If your mods folder is still _mods, please send a screenshot of your entire gta main directory

Try going into lspdfr.ini and making "AmbientSpawn.DisableRandomUnits" = true. when you crash do you receive a rage has crashed notification?
