I have been having lots of trouble with "Force Duty" not working and LSPDFR just randomly crashing. I will post my log down below, any help is welcomed Update: Here is another log from a crash during loading

I have been having issues with LSPDFR crashing during the loading screen and force duty not working as intended. Here is one of the logs

when I rename it to _mods it works but then none of my mods load

every time I load up either gtav or rage it crashes on loading screen. for Rage it crashes right after saying Populating game world. Ive tried renaming mods to _mods and verifying integrity of the game files too. please help

Whenever I call the coroner using either Police Smart Radio (I have now uninstalled it with no effect) or STP. this is the crash report. Can anyone help?
