What this mod does
Every second, the mod scans through the peds in the world and check if they are part of any emergency service.
If it finds any, it will DISABLE AUTO-AIM on him/her.
>You can still shoot them by free-aiming.
>You can't kill those peds using melee attack with your weapon by accident
>Any ped not in the list below will not get protected (so you can still auto-aim at pedestrians etc).

Location of the map: south east, behind the aircraft carrier (do not have North Yankton loaded at same time because Rockstar placed the island at the same place)
 
If you're a developer and you make callouts on the Island, please leave a link to this mod in your description and/or readme!

Installation: drag & drop everything inside the GTA 5 folder (you don't need any of the text files except CayoPericoIPLs.txt)
Do not forget to add the plugin to load on startup with RagePluginHook, or load the plugin manually in RPH's console!

Known issues:
- island doesn't land for a very few people, could be gameconfig related
- peds don't spawn unless you installed some files altering the scenarios (will link to them when I find them back)

YOU NEED THE LATEST VERSION OF THE GAME & OF LSPDFR!
 

This mini pack contains 2 similar callouts for your blood thirst:
- AlienInvasion: aliens are attacking civilians with shock guns
- JuggernautInvasion: juggernauts from Avon are attacking civilians with laser guns
 
For both callouts, a UFO spawns over them (& it disappears when you end the callout), the model is different for each callout.
Press End to end the callout.
Locations are random, they're randomly selected on the middle of any street in a certain radius around you.
 
I may add more callouts if I get good suggestions & if people are interested. Yep I know those aren't really Halloween related but I wanted to post this before the end of the night
 
Please give me suggestions so that 2021 can get very spooky!

This was originally made to come with my upcoming callout pack S.W.A.T. Callouts, but I decided to release it separately.
The car in the screenshots is also something made by me, that will be released soon (ELS). You can also get it early in my Discord server, more details there.
 
Notes: - I will not provide support in the comment section. See the video below or come in my Discord server & create a ticket!
- This replaces the default LSPDFR shield, so you will have "S.W.A.T." even as a regular police officer!
- The lights are partially working, I may update them in the future when I eventually find the right shader to use.
 
Known issues: If you have texture problems, it is 99.9% likely to be your graphic mod (issue reported for "Custom Visuals")

A Megaphone UI to use in your police car or on foot

Features:
- Change the voice of your character
- Play the in-game available megaphone audios inside your vehicle or on foot
- Pullover audio is automatically played when you perform a traffic stop
- If you use any of the "Clear Area" audio, the nearby peds & cars will scream and run away (aside from persistent peds to not mess up with callouts)
- Force pursuit suspects to stop (including inside a vehicle or on foot)
- Make nearby peds drop their guns on the floor
- Calmer version of Clear the area (makes peds walk instead of running), older version has been also tweaked, also helps clearing intersections
- Auto pullover sound has been changed for boats
- (experimental) Auto visual regained/lost sound
- Automatic temporary siren cutoff when speaking for Non-ELS vehicles
- 3 animations
- Update checker
- Automatic suspect escaped sound
- Reload configuration file without quitting LSPDFR

1st July 2021: PLEASE stop saying the plugin is outdated! If it ain't broken, I will not update it just to get some fake downloads.

Keybinds :
- Press M by default (on keyboard) while in a police vehicle to show the menu (customisable in .ini file)
    - Controller:

    - Keyboard:
        - Up Arrow/Down Arrow to scroll through the menus
        - Left Arrow/Right Arrow to go through the lists items

NOTE : The readme says "BackToNormal.dll", but it is "NothingHappened.dll"! I renamed the plugin before publishing it but forgot to edit the readme.
 
1) How to install:
    a) Extract all the files within the .zip file to the plugins folder located inside your GTA 5 folder
    b) To change the key, edit the "NothingHappened.ini" file, default is RMenu (Right Alt)
2) How to run the mod:
    a) Automatic: When launching the game with RagePluginHook, cancel launch by pressing the Settings button, go to Plugins, and enable NothingHappened.dll to load on startup.
    b) Manual: Open RagePluginHook command prompt (F4) and type this: LoadPlugin "NothingHappened.dll"
