  5. I Would Suggest Using These, it comes with a photoshop file that comes with different colors and layers. as for tutorials its kind of more like trial and error depending on knowledge of photoshop.

  15. Lol i hear ya, i only see them when i am in Syracuse for work. I am currently working on a Oswego PD one and a Oswego County Sheriff one.
  16. Not Bad at all for your First texture with the skin it's pretty Accurate, not to be nit picky but a couple things are missing on the back. There should be a reflective strip as well as the words Sheriff Patrol. Which is really hard to find in updated photos. since not many photos have been taken of the back of the cars.
