Ok so I have rage downloaded and lspdfr when I launch the rage I haven’t completed game will this not allow me to do the mod? please help.

I have been wanting to play this mod soooooo much. What type of computer will I need for this? As in this will be the only thing I do on it? Not a tech guy so needing help.
