And deserves a public release. It's been leaked, ripped and everything under the sun and I'm sure if you looked hard enough you could've found it months ago.. So there's really no sense in being behind a paywall anymore.

This car was made in collaboration with many developers and others who helped me make this as 1:1 as possible back then.

Note: For all blue ELS, you must extract the ELS textures from the vehicle's YTD and edit them using software such as paint.net, gimp or photoshop or anything similar. To edit the VCF to emit blue light; Locate your files, open it and search for <Extra01 IsElsControlled="true" AllowEnvLight="true" Color="blue" OffsetX="-0.70" OffsetY="-0.20" OffsetZ="0.50" />". Switch the ones showing Color = "Red" to Color = "Blue.

Liberty City, where the streets are mean, the crime is high, and the corruption runs deeper than the subway tunnels. This concrete jungle never sleeps- mostly because of the sirens blaring at all hours. At the heart of this mess is the Liberty City Police Department, a force as flawed as the city they protect. Between chasing down "criminals" for a merc’d CEO of Bohan Medical Center or covering up Mayor Ochoa’s corrupt acts, the LCPD walks a fine line between law and chaos.
 
This pack includes liveries in both precinct and highway patrol variants for most of these vehicles:
