Hi! I would like to do episodes but I have a fairly strong Glaswegian (Scotland, UK) accent and I think people (america) would not like/understand it much. So I'll just do random clips / funny / failures etc. I might end up doing episodes with voice as I also think that voicless videos can be boring. Thanks for reply.. It's the same on single player.. I tried just now on 1440x900 and i got 12 fps (still on barely minimum settings) If I goto 800x600 it runs at still only 30fps (still on barely minimum settings) EDIT: The FPS issue is solved, my monitor was plugged into the motherboard and not the graphics card lol (im new) The other issues are still issues though.. cheers for any help.

Hey guys! Thanks for looking.. First issue is I only get 25-30 FPS but this must be on 800x600 :/ If I goto my normal resolution of 1440x900 then I'll get only 5-10fps on a good day? (all graphics options minimum) My PC is below: i5-6400 @ 2.70 ghz Nvidia GTX 1060 3GB VRAM 16Gb RAM Any clue why FPS performance is so bad? It's a new PC What ive tried: updating drivers reinstalling gta v ----------------------------------- Second issue is ELS lights looking AMAZING close up but they look dreadful from (not that) far away.. any fix? Pic below: ---------------------------------------- Finally third problem, if I load fraps and them load ragehook as normal, it will crash.. I am pretty sure it didn't crash before. I understand this may be a ragehook issue but surely I can't be the only one to have this crash if there is a quick fix or such.. Thanks for any help to my problems guys, peace officers!!

Yup. I know this too. The visualsettings within the ballad folder is the one that came with the ELS v7 folders. :(

I do... @ ineseri - The value for that was at 90.00. (I use tbogt) I changed it to your value and no difference. To clear it up: The lights look nice and flashy when I go near times square, everywhere else they look rubbish. :s

I would like to have my ELS lights flashing like this >> '> (Please notice the flashy part) The above pic was taken near the center of the middle island (times square) and they get more flashy the further I go towards times square. On other parts of the map they are boring and look rubbish like this >> '> So the nice flash is dependant on if you're at times square? How can I have my lights flashing like the first pic no matter where I am in the map? Thanks.

The AI police often smash my car up and/or knock me down while in or at the end of a persuit. Can the AI be told "don't get involved in persuits unless it's called for using the backup keys" via a variable or something? Many thanks. Jambo9

Very nice. The road blocks don't really stop the flee'ing suspect for me though, he just smashes into them and breaks through. Very nice mod (for a mod) lol though.

H only turns them on/off during daylight hours (when the game switches them off) H only makes them brighter at night.

I also crash when calling NOOSE backup (F11 in persuit) Although, not *all the time* Standard noose cars. http://i.imgur.com/qGo9o.jpg
