If you're adding the lines into the .xml, wouldn't that mean the NPCs will spawn randomly with the vehicles? What I'm trying to do it is add them into the Garage so you can pick it manually, though it's not working.

So would modifying agency.xml allow AIs to drive the add-on cars or not?

Replacement packs are just overing the textures right?

Hi, today I tried to install a custom DLC Pack by Tactical Donut and I've followed his Readme.txt about modifying the "dlclist.xml" with the added path provided, and copying the dlc.rfp into "mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\". The only problem is that I've added the vehicles into the LSPDFR's duty_selection.xml and upon entering the Police Garage, the vehicles aren't there. Though having the pack installed, I can only spawn the vehicles via TrainerV. The vehicle is not found/spawn via RagePluginhook duty_selection.xml dlclist.xml dlcpacks folder
