The time of day ingame refuses to change. Ive tried using 2 different trainers and i dont see any settings where it would be frozen. If i change it through rage plugin hook or a trainer it will change for half a second and then immediately go back to the same time of 23:51 Edit: am just really stupid and had a third trainer i stopped using that got transferred over from some old files

As the title says, crashes on startup. Threshold is 60,000. I have tried disabling both plugins and scrips folders, still crashes. I have had this happen before and for whatever reason it will decide to work if and when i wait a day, really not sure why it just sometimes goes away. Only thing that i have installed recently is a car or two, both work fine. It launches with no problems when direct x hook is disabled but I obvously prefer to have it enabled as some plugins wont work properly without. im going to start trouble shooting a bit more myself, hopefully i can work it out on my own apparently nothing is wrong, one by one i tested it with each folder (mods, plugins, scripts) and it is working now. sorry for wasting your guy's time, thanks for helping

yes it does, at first it didnt but i check game file integrity and redownloaded two things (doubt they are the problem for reasons) but the game without RPH launches fine

well i thought it was fixed last time, and it was for a bit, but now it is crashing on startup again. Here is the log RagePluginHook.log

nvm, figured it out, some random plugin was causing it. Thanks again for everything you do, your help, and your time

I do have another question though I doubt its related. Now that the game is working the frame rate is much worse than it was, any idea of why that could be?

just tried to load in with only the plugins folder active, started loading and froze. Had to restart my computer to kill it

I have tried it with both scripts, plugins, and mods disabled. It doesn't seem to want to work with any of them enabled or disabled

i have a decent amount of stuff so I hope I don't leave anything out, ARS (racing script I think), DangerousIndividuals, Gang mod, Better Chases. CivilianSurrenderMod, ForceUnleashed, HollywoodRollover, HomeInvasion, Kidnaping script, NoReticle, PullMeOver, and I think the rest is just scripthook files. I'm not really sure why they are relevant though because the game works fine with them (without RPH), and still doesn't work when I rename the folder to _scripts

When I try to load the game with rage plugin hook it crashes instantly, when I load GTA without it it works just fine and so do the scripts I have. I have tried loading in with adding a _ to my mods, plugins, and scripts folder and it still crashes. I have tried loading in with nothing loading on startup, still crashes. I have reinstalled and changed the timeout threshold to 60,000 and it still crashes. I have looked through a few other threads and didn't find anything that helped. When ever i turn on the lights on a police car the screen blinks with the lights. Does anyone know what visual mods might cause this?

All of the ai cops drive forward a inch then stop and repeat. Happens with all police cars, only police are effected, happens with or without Rage Hook running Figured it out, im just an idiot. It was a trainer setting
