    I am giving this 2 Stars because the Moddel is great. Everything else with this is wrong, This truck is Lore but you made it ELS, Lore Vehicles should NOT be ELS, especially because the "Lore Community" dislikes ELS, You should make it NonELS and I will remove this rating and replace it with 4 stars, since the ladder is... a real ladder..

    well, its basicly Lore Friendly AMR (GTA Version) Instead of being American Medical Response, Its San Andreas Medical Services, the livery is the same but its SA in red and MR in blue
