    Ok, so after 5 hours of infuriating trouble shooting I found the solution to my problem. My problem was that Rage Plugin Hook never "hooked" on to the game, and when it did it crashed. I found that the reason it did this was because i didn't use the original folder (the one created by Rockstar Game Launcher) I used a backup folder, so when I installed LSPDFR into the original folder it worked! So now I have a copy of vanilla GTAV instead of having an extra folder for LSPDFR. I really hope this helps people in the same situation as me.
