Where is the DLC pack? I cant seem to find it

For this pack I can find the first 4 cars but not the other ones in game, Im new to modding and stuff so need a little help I kinda want to drive the truck

Thanks the crashed has stopped now but another problem has arise, it's not as serious but sometimes when I get a call for a traffic stop for drunk driver and pull the person over I try to talk to them pressing E to get them to get out but stop the ped didint open I think the original LSPDFR menu open instead, So I try to get the person out anyways and the person comes out than few secounds they go back in the vehicle and drive off and I have to pull them over again, but the same menu appeared so out of curiosity I pulled the person out using F and than Stop the ped started working again 🙂 This issue isnt as serious Im still happy I can play ( Also Idk if its important but sometimes When I get a call for traffic stop or something and arrest the person it says the DUI driver has died even though he was just arrested and I didnt even shoot at them. ) Sorry if the file is big I was playing for a good while I think this happened 2 or 3 times in this play through. Yeah in game it says lspdfr has crashed and than I cant do any of the commands anymore. Thanks for trying to help btw RagePluginHook_11102019_123456.log

It still doesnt work when I try.. So sorry.. Idk whats wrong I followed the instructions this time last time I forgot the RAGE native UI thing but when I try to go on duty LSPDFR crashes the game and the plugin notification on the left screen says the mod is loaded though

Anyone know a mod for roadblocks or does LSPDFR already come with them ? Can someone give me a mod for this ? I tried searching but it just led me to an out of date mod that can no longer be downloaded... I tried searching around with no success thanks!
