[ELS HYBRID] San Andreas Highway Patrol Charger Mini Pack
Amazing Pack dont get me wrong but I feel like the lights dont work properly when the vehicle is seen from a distance. Once you get closer to the vehicles the lights work just fine. (Sorry for the quality, the screens were taken off of OBS Recordings)

Georgia State Patrol Mega-Pack
One thing you can do yourself is changing the vehicle color to a metallic silver. Make sure its metallic so it shines through the Livery. It brightens the Livery colors and also adds a little bit more realism. Pls understand that I will not edit the entire Pack just to brighten the blue, because one person requested it. It would take me several hours since I have to redo every single Model and Number to match IRL spec.

Hey man! Dont worry, that knowledge will evolve really quick. It honestly isnt really hard to find matching Models for Texture Packs. So basically what you can do is go to Vehicle Models and find a Vehicle / Vehicle Pack that you want to download. The Majority of Vehicle Developers will mentions their used Vehicle Base either in the Description or in the Credits of their upload. There are only a hand full of people who transfer Vehicle Bases from other games to Gta 5. The most known are GeorgieMoon (GM), Kane104 and RAZ3R. If you done that you now know whos base the Vehicle Pack is based on. Now find yourself a Livery / Texture Pack that you want to throw on your Vehicle(s). Most Texture Developers will also mention the Base they made the Texture for. As shown below I always put them its the Description. Most Texture Developers will do the same or something similar. If as of right now this way is to complicated for you you can also just download everything and just throw them on the Vehicles in OpenIV. If you're lucky they'll fit and you're good.
