I've noticed that a few of the agencies (e.g. LSPD) have Utility uniforms as a uniform option under the Patrol uniforms. I was just wondering what these would be used for IRL? Are they just an alternate uniform type, or would they be used by specific units/in specific situations?

I tried adding some new outfits to the UB peds using the EUP-to-UB converter that can be found in Bejoljo's discord server. Now my LSPDFR is crashing. Can anyone tell what the issue is from the log file? RagePluginHook.log

So does this mean I cannot have 2 agencies in the same area (i.e. LSPD and LSSD both having the <Zone>Davis</Zone> tag)?

I tried adding a custom backup unit to UB, but for some reason it causes LSPDFR to crash when going on-duty. Removing said unit fixes the problem. I've run it through an XML Vaidator and everything seems fine. I've provided my RPH.log and a picture of the way I have the unit set up in CustomRegions.xml. RagePluginHook.log

Hello. I'm trying to install some custom textures for a specific badge that comes with EUP. However, I've gone through every single mp_m_freemode_01 folder in eupcomponentpeds.rpf, and I cannot find the specific badge those textures go on. This is using EUP 9.3.1. The badge is located under Parachutes no. 67 in the EUP menu. The badges first 2 textures are blank, while textures 3 and 4 are "Private Security", and texture 5 is a DoT texture. The pictures show what the badge looks like. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'd like to add some custom (not replace) textures to some of the clothing that comes with EUP. Currently, I'm trying to create a custom texture file for the coat located in importexport under the name jbib_001_u.ydd. From what I understand, the textures for this coat are under jbib_diff_001_#_uni, # representing a letter, and the letters for go from A to M. The texture I am using is meant to replace one of these textures, however all of the .ytd files are already taken up by uniforms I use in-game, so I can't replace any. Now, I assumed that creating a new .ytd file with N as is designating letter ( so it would be: jbib_diff_001_n_uni), and then importing the texture into that would work, but that doesn't seem to be the case. I was wondering if anyone know if this is something that can be done, and if so how?

Are there any mods/plugins that slow down/add an unholstering animation to NPCs? Because the lack of an animation for NPCs is really annoying, especially since I play with the Deadly Weapons mod, and I'm tired of getting 1-tapped by some crackhead who telekinetically teleported his gun into his hand while I'm still taking my gun out of my holster.

I'm trying to take some pictures in Rockstar Editor of some of my LSPDFR scenes, but it's just loading infinitely. It's been "preparing" a 3 second clip for 5 minutes now. I've only got the DLS and BackWeapons plugins running so the lighting and firearms are displayed properly in the game. Does anyone know what could be causing the issue? Is there a way to fix it?

I got it working. For some reason, after restarting my PC, Steam finally noticed the missing update2.rpf file, and the game launches fine. Thanks for the help though.
