that is really weird do you have any other plugin or mods in your gta 5 game folder?

no I mean delete the car then add it back again then put the cars els file into your els folder

ohh ok so Iv had the same issue with the light bar the could be a problem with the xml file. I would reinstall the els xml file for the car then launch the game and see if it worked

yeah so press scroll lock on your keyboard which will deactivate the els key lock

press scroll lock on your keyboard.

if your lspdfr say insufficient permissions you should run rage plugin hook as admin.
