Okay, Yes I would recommend installing those files, becuase usally addon cars are in packs so packs could range from 4 cars to 50 cars so you should install those! Those files are made so that you can add more cars to your game, if you dont use those and install a addon car pack it might cause your game to crash.

just to add on to what Mud said, Sometimes tutorials tell you to skip some folders, Just to be safe I would installing everything in the zip file for lspdfr just so you wont miss a file!
