I wanted to try to install the mod with the automatic installer but the installer says that it will install 0.3 instead of 0.4.9 but would that be an option. I tried everything else but none of these solutions work and I have all the requirements

This is the exact same copy past of multiple threads I found on the website. None of this worked, reinstalling didn't work either

I just installed LSPDFR again after months and now it crashes everytime a call is triggered. When the call appears, it starts stuttering for a short time and then the game crashes. This happens both with automatic calls and reporting crimes. No other plugins or mods whatsoever are downloaded. Crash report is in the attachment. Happens every time, after a restart, with and without use of the ForceDuty command. CrashReport_gruij_637694909447916589.zip

I got an error when I tried to load VocalDispatch. It said tehre was a language error and that it could be because of my locale. Is it because I'm Dutch which is not supported?
