  1. RagePluginHook not loading but gtav is.

    Hello, I've quit playing gta v for a year. I wanted to start over. So I reinstalled gtaV and installed ragepluginhook and lspdfr. If I want to launch RagePluginHook it launches, the game launches but it only launches gtav not ragepluginhook. So I can't open the console. RagePluginHook launcher stays open with the text: Launching Game Via Steam. Please help
