Officer Cortez

So I recently downloaded LSPDFR again after having to "crash" or reset my pc. I used the same pack I've used for almost 2 months and there has never been an issue. When i load into GTA and spawn in the vehicle's placed for police, policeb, police4, firetruck, and ambulance, the textures glitch out and it looks like this (image below), is there any fix to this and what is the cause to it? Also, it's 2k livery's on the cars, I use NVR with MVGA, ultra settings, 1660ti with a ryzan 7 3800x with 16gb 3200 ram so system isn't an issue.
