I played for a very long time, when version 0.4 was not yet available, I recently downloaded it, created a character, but when challenges appear, nothing happens to them. No robberies and chases. Even when I ask for the radio. Tried reinstalling to an older version, but still. And by the way, how can you change the language of the dialogue or the text itself in the game? There are no mods in the game. Pure Steam version
