    It's actually built into the in-game computer+ gui, just open the computer and there should be a button in the bottom left corner of the window to toggle the background image.

    Having the same issue, unfortunately I can't find a fix posted anywhere. However, disabling the computer background seems to make the flickering less frequent, for me at least. Hopefully the devs will address this issue soon.
