    So when I tried downloading the LSPDFR file I clicked agree on the terms and conditions page and tried both the manual and automatic options. My computer acts like it's going to download the file, the page has the little countdown and then it says the connection has timed out and wont download it. I have disabled all the Firewall settings and made sure my internet connection was good and I made sure to use Google Chrome. I'm not sure if there is a setting somewhere I'm just not finding or if my computer just has something wrong.
