Honestly the dumbest thing I've read on here, the point of a not - so - intense mod such as LSPDFR is to allow players (who have different systems and limitations based on their computer) to experiment and modify their game in the way that they like. Maybe they want bank robberies, maybe they just want to walk the streets or patrol the highway without the stress of intense callouts. It's the freedom to do what you want in your game, hence why this community has been made, nobody expects you to play just LSPD:FR on it's own, hence why there's mods that are 'essential' etc.
