    Right when I downloaded LSPDFR. I never got the ragehook "license" it did not pop up for me to agree to anything. Everytime I try and attempt to launch ragehook I click it the blue loading circle comes up goes away and ragehook does not launch. This does not happen with regular GTA V it loads fine Ragehook wont work, I have reinstalled GTA V I have deleted ragehook and reinstalled it, I have let my anti-virus allow the program. I need help with this all I want to do is play LSPDFR.
