Do you remember this one feature LCPDFR has that lets you force a pursuit on any ped?
Ever felt that you encounter way too many people littering, taking photos of your car or honking at you for hours while you're busy beating someone with a phone book? Ever had someone flee after you tried to do an unarmed arrest? Ever wanted to have a chase with these individuals or any specific vehicle?
Now you can!
 
Pursuit on the fly lets you force a pursuit with a press of a button. Just aim at your preferred suspect and hit T (can be configured in the .ini). It also works when you're inside your vehicle. You can have multiple pursuits with as many peds as you want/the game allows.

Small feature/what-you-should-know overview:
Force a pursuit on almost any ped or vehicle you want. You can force multiple pursuits at once. You can't force a pursuit on cops. You are unable to force pursuit of sea and air vehicles. You are able to force a pursuit from inside a vehicle.
