  1. Unable to change Graphics settings

    ChezBurgerMatt posted a topic in GTA IV & LCPDFR Support
    I cannot change the graphics settings at all and a red message says that I am near or exceeding the suggested resource limits of my system. I have tried making a commandline.txt file and it still doesn't work. What do I do?
