Well.. yeah. To me trainers equal cheating. I don't use any kind of trainers, none. 

 

Also, I really hate to clutter my game dozens of mods. I only use FR because it's completely invisible when you toggle it off.

You can toggle both to be unseen with one key like LCPDFR and using a trainer isn't "cheating", for example, if you are using it to carry out a task such as changing a car colour, this means a script doesnt have to be added into LCPDFR to change a car colour.

1.Make a banshee,hellfury,ect police only so civs dont drive it.

2.Make a car not spawn "naturally" in game.

Or you can use Siren Control Tool by Moerdecki. You have to press "3" on your Numpad after you've installed it, that's the Airhorn I think (not sure sorry) and then he will move :) It works on all vehicles actually.

Will it work with ELS?

Do you know how i tried reading it confuses the hell out of me 

Go to your ELS folder in your main directory.

Click 'default_config'

Go to the section that says [ SECL ]  and change DisableAtLstg3 = off to DisableAtLstg3 = on

You have to first select the .wav sound file you want to replace then import the new one and make sure the new .wav file has the same name as the one you want to replace.

 

What version of GTA-IVaud do you have ?

1.15 I think, 1.16 wont work for me at all. What confuses me is that even if I change nothing and save it it messes it up in game, the sounds are played at different frequencies or loops cut shot if you know what I mean

I am not sure if this is right, but I believe that you have to be 1 car length behind it to make it move to the side of the road, but the problem is that the bus is 2 car lengths, so it won't really "detect" the sirens.

As said before, I'm not sure, it's just a theory I have.

You can do that with some Traffic Mods like Trafficflow

 

I'm using traffic flow, but buses still won't move when sirens are on?

Does anyone know what to change the settings so buses will pull out of the way like normal traffic?

Basically I am trying to replace the ambulance siren tone with another.

I have tried using gtaiv-ivaud but even if i manage to change the sound, it changes to other ones in game 

This can be caused by just opening the ivaud and saving it 

Any suggestions. 

I prefer them to: 'BluE KefmDjS'

Zmodeler 3 doesn't have an export option for the files types GTA IV uses. You'll want to get zmodeler 2

I am new to the world of modding and have decided to get Zmodeler. On every mod video I have seen they all use Zmodeler2 but I didn't realise there is a Zmodeler 3. So my question is which one should I get, I'm guessing 2 but I just need to make sure before I buy it.

Just cop cars and G for sirens , J & K dosn't do anything

Maybe els is not installed correctly? Are you sure that the cars are els enabled? Make sure the button for your horn is not the same as to turn els sirens on.

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post but I am unsure if its a LCPDFR problem or another problem but when I turn the sirens on in police cars the sound work but the lights do not turn on until I leave the car and then get back in. Basically to turn the lights on and off I have to get in and out of the car. I also have ELS installed and some british police cars mods installed.

 

Once again sorry if it is in the wrong place but does any one also have this problem or have a fix.

What keys are you using for lights and sirens? Also does it happen on all cars?

You need to be more specific. But if you mean, 'how do I enable LCPDFR?' then you press Alt+P and map markers for stations will appear.
