Did you ever figure out a fix for this? I'm modding LSPDFR and this started happening to me too. When I first started it was fine. I think it might be something with ELS because I noticed that's when I couldn't hold down Q to turn it off/change stations.

Hello everyone! I've been having issues with LSPDFR. I have all the 'essential mods' installed and I'm basically new to the whole experience. Currently I have the 4.3 build as I couldn't find a link for the 4.2 build. When the mods load up they tell me that they aren't compatible. It works for about 15-20 minutes, freezes and then I have to reload everything. The mods work for the most part. So I was wondering if either there was 4.3 compatible mod versions that I missed or if I just have to get 4.2 for the time being. As for the in game stuff, what are some tips you have to make the experience more immersive and realistic? I'm trying to get how everything works. You can't seem to ram cars very well, I'm not sure how I'm really supposed to handle robberies as I get the message but the robbers kill the clerk anyway and arresting people while giving chase seems to be impossible unless there's a button I don't know of to use when they resist arrest. All I can seem to do is to shoot to kill. I've watched some videos but the game just doesn't seem to work how the videos imply it should. People I've arrested get into random cars instead of the police car which was hilarious at first seeing them contort to break windows and magically unlock doors. If I do successfully get someone in and want to personally take them to jail I get as far as the station with the jail cell and it's a 50/50 whether E works to get them back out. If it does work, I can never find out how to actually get them to the jail cell itself. Am I going directly into the station or is there supposed to be a blue circle for me to go to? There's a lot for me to learn and understand but so far its been fun! Edit: Just found out about the 'takedown' feature on foot and did finally find a station where I could send suspects inside from the police car. I don't know how to do it personally still.
