Maybe try to update your game, rage and lspdfr, it can patched a lot of things 'cause those version are quite old. Do you have scripthookvdotnet installed ? Try to reinstall policeSmartRadio Stop the ped causes lspdfr crash try to remove it and check if it works after that.

Try to launch gta5 first, then launch rage when you have the screen of selection between online and story mode.

Go into your gta5 main folder then in the lspdfr folder then go into your lspdfr.ini file and turn Main.PreloadAllModels to false

Add your folder of gta5 to your antivirus exceptions Or try to disable it (less recommended)

Can you launch it without plugins (Els or other). Then can you send me the RagePluginHook.log file that is in the gta5 main folder

i see that there was an error while trying to make the k9 plugin maybe try to disable preloading(Set Main.PreloadAllModels to false) it is in the lspdfr.ini file that is in the lspdfr folder that is in your gta5 main folder

Did you check if it's the right name for the cars ?

Do your textures work when you don't start rage ?
