well, i just installed lspdfr+ and now i can ask the suspect to exit the vehicle without them getting back in

When i'm on a traffic stop, if I ask the suspect to exit the vehicle, they comply, get out, then my character says one of those gta lines, then the suspect gets back in their car and drives off like nothing happened.

i saw another post about someone with the same problem, once of the replies said to remove arrest manager and replace it with stop the ped. Ill try this tommorow and see if it works

whenever i go on a traffic stop, if i decide to ask the suspect to get out of the vehicle, i get a text box at the top right of my screen that says something along the lines of, "the ped will now follow you on foot." I then place the suspect under arrest and frisk them, then i place he/she on the ground and call them a transport unit. Now this is where things get all messed up. When the transport van shows up and the officer gets out to pickup the suspect, the suspect gets up normally and starts following the officer, when the arrested ped gets a few meters away from me, they turn around, start walking back towards me, then turn around again and start walking back to the transport officer. this process continues until the game thinks it has picked up the ped, and the transport van leaves, or if i stand next to the van, the suspect goes in, the van starts driving away, and as soon as they get a few meters away from me they get out of the moving van and start following me again, they become unkillable, and just sort of exist to follow me around on foot for the rest of my patrol. im using, - police smart radio - traffic policer - arrest manager - search warrant and some other mods such as cars and els that should have no affect on this issue.
