    in order to do that you need to create a custom  handling file for that car, then add it to  handling.meta, once you do that you can go to vehicles.meta  and select the car, just replace the handling to the name you give to that file, here is an example

    <modelName>model of the car</modelName>
          <txdName>model of the car</txdName>
          <handlingId>name you give to that file on handling.meta</handlingId>
          <gameName>model of the car</gameName>
          <vehicleMakeName />
          <expressionDictName>null</expressionDictName>

    is a long file so i just post a part of the whole vehicle

  2. i believe that if you move everything from the mod folder on desktop to you new mod folder, you're also moving all previous problems that you have with that mods, did you create a backup before install the package? if yes just restore the backup if not, next time you install a mod without uninstaller make a backup.

  3. you can use any slot, if you want to be able to select the vehicles in the police station without spawn it, and also see it on the highway you have to go to Grand Theft Auto V\lspdfr\data and edit the file agency.xml, make a backup of the file, take time to read itlook for this lines

    <Name>San Andreas Highway Patrol</Name> replace the cars or add the cars you want to see on the highway

  4. disable all pluggins from RPH launch settings, try to play the game and see if is a problem caused by LSPDFR or RPH itself

  5. Delete ELS.uasi from the folder AsiPlugins in you GTA Vdirectory and make sure the name on the XML file is the same as the name of the vehicle, run the game and see if is solved

    you can not run GTAV via steam, inside the folder you will find RagePluginHook.exe, run it from there, or check the desktop if you have a shortcut, good luck

    It seems like RAGENativeUI.dll is outdated, maybe you install a mod with a older version, try to install the new version of RAGENativeUI.dll and see if that fix the problem, if you keep a copy of the downloaded mods, check Arrest Manager 7.11.0.0, that mod have an updated version of RAGENativeUI.dll
