    Everytime I make my officer it freezes and basically forces me to restart my pc. I only have ELS, Menyoo, and one car mod.

    I redownloaded rage plugin hook and lspdfr. I installed a few mods and changed the name of the folder to see if that was the problem. It was not. I just get stuck on waiting on game window. I've tried restarting plugin hook, reinstalled it, and have restarted my pc. Any suggestions would be nice
