    100%, I can say that too. PR is a nice 2.0 new modern replacement with bug fixes and more, but it still needs a lot of work. As an example, You call for a tow truck, and everything you do needs to be done manually, like deciding which car is getting hooked or when calling a suspect who is getting arrested by which officer. That's all needed manually, not like STP or something else
