    As title says.. when I play the GTA IV, I get on a pursuit and there is incoming police cars, modded ones and ELS'able ones. when I try to take a look at the vehicles I don't see that they use ELS.. how can I make them use the lights? like in the Walk 1 video.. you know, how?
