it will then say game already launched and stay stuck on launching game the same thing what does that mean? and yes gta by its self runs fine

when i launch the game it runs fine i hit alt i hear the beep then i say shots fired and it says didnt copy i do it angain didnt copy then i hold alt down and i dont hear the beep then i reloadallplugins and it crashes and i have done the speech thing
