    A suggestion for the motorcades: To make the motorcades more realistic, you should add more patrol cards along with unmarked SUVS and also setting up roadblocks to isolate traffic from the motorcade. Also 8-10 state patrol motorcycles leading the convoy.

  2. Police Pursuits

    In real police pursuits, the police set up perimeters and block traffic so that the roads and streets can be isolated to just the suspect and officers pursuing them. Maybe this is a potential mod for future police pursuits.
