  1. Stopping Pedestrians/Making them Surrender timing

    Heya, Is there a way to tweak the time it takes to hold E/RightDirectional to make a pedestrian stop/surrender? I absolutely adore LSPDFR but this one thing annoys me.. it's like half a second longer than it should be for me and I wish I could tweak it. Thanks in advance!
