Hi, i need help , cars from this pack dont have emergency light at all, its strange cuz they should show up even without els files

Greetings, i have a problem with speed radar, everything in plugin works fine but radar doesnt and idk why. There are no crashes or problems when i press keybindings of radar , just nothing happens, i've changed it to different keys and still nothing happens. Then i've tried some plugin Speed Radar and its works cuz i see red mark in front of me, but then it crashed because of conflicting with Traffic Policer. What should i do?
