The second is vastly better. Since GTA IV is also quite CPU bound, the i5 2500k will pull up better frames. I'd go for an ASUS soundcard though, the creatives just don't sound as good in my opinion. Also i'd look at a better case, Bitfenix Shinobi is nice cheap case in the UK not sure about anywhere else. You should looking at getting a 560 with 2gb VRAM as it will help in future titles if you game at 1080p or above.

Hi, having an issue installing the latest 0.95 RC2 LCPDFR. The issue is when I try to install the mod using the installer it fails to install and produces an error. @Stevetrackboyz Is that first car a falcon? Also I thought NYPD vehicles were only allowed red+white lights on front of the vehicle, but any colour on the back? Please... When you use cruisers with light bars that only have blue lights, open ELS.ini and change the 0's for that car to 1's. The red-light around the car will change to blue. Everything will be so much better :)

No. Photoshop cannot even open Vector files or save them. Adobe have vector image editing software called Adobe Illustrator. Photoshop is used to pixel based images and most certainly the industry standard in that. Photoshop Elements should be fine for someone wanting to make skins and is not all that expensive.
