It says that the plugins are installed wrong. and since it says they are installed wrong, they won't load up

So when i go on duty in LSPDFR, it pops up that all of the mods I installed were all installed incorrectly. I followed all of the instructions and still get the pop ups (note, the actual mod won't load because I "installed them wrong"). Any ideas? Thank you.

So I deleted every plugin that was made for 0.3 and below, and whenever I go near the downtown PD On Duty, LSPDFR just ceases to exist Here's the RPH log https://pastebin.com/ifR2wETQ It just happened now, so it would probably be near the bottom

Is there any way you can find out which plugins can't be used with 0.4? Thanks

Ok it worked! Now when I go near the downtown police station, the game crashes. Would it be because of the K9 partner thing?

So I just installed some plugins for LSPDFR, and whenever I start up GTA V, LSPDFR ALWAYS crashes. Sometimes I'll be lucky enough to be able to load it in, but once I press "Go on duty" in the police station, it crashes. I've also downloaded Albo's Troubleshooter thing and it doesn't work; it says it needs folder permissions adn to close out of all other apps, which I have done but it still doesn't work. Any ideas?
