What mod would change the lights and siren from "E" to multiple keys and having to hold down the key to use the siren, no more key to activate or deactivate, only hold the key, and for some reason the lights went dim and only the in-break-lights ELS and the roof lights work on all cars, but only very dim to the point you can see the lights change from dark faded blue and red..
