yes if you have stp and ultimate backup if you call for an ambulance the paramedics takes the suspect to the hospital unless you stop it. or when you stop an individual there's than option i believe in where you can call an uber or taxi or its below that option.

It would be nice to bring life from the game but it really just role play you can spawn whatever and pretend whatever . but a money system or fueling hunger ect ... there was a mod once but i don't even know if it works any more but i completely understand just feels lifeless unreal. try native ui 1.6.1 https://github.com/Guad/NativeUI/releases make sure you mods are using the correct rage and scripthook also reconfig your controls so there not conflicting with lspdfr key bindings. I can personally say custom pullover stp ultimate backup computerlite all works for me . Just rule of thumb to all really try to limit yourself to 2 maybe 3 mods til you know how the mod reacts to your game . some are outdated still might works but crashes here and there, some will create conflict with others.
