SHOCKTROOP45

So I have a fresh install of LSPDFR and ELS, and I swapped what vehicles I had in. When I try to use the Auxiliary Siren or the Siren Tone 4 (low rumbler) it makes the ELS chime acknowledging I press the button but doesn't activate the siren. I get the other sirens and the lights work fine, but I can't tell what's blocking those two sirens from certain vehicles. Some of the vehicles are from the same vehicle pack and some work and some don't, and other vehicles work fine. I'm using Albo's ModdingDLCV folder for all of my vehicles so it isn't a matter of DLC lists and I check the VCFs, Vehicle and Car Variation metas and can't see anything there either. I'm sure i'm missing a glaring fix but it escapes me. Thanks in Advance!
