    i have all my mods installed properly (i assume as i followed all guides and it loads all mods when in game) the textures of the world copy and stick to the screen (the cursor multiplies all over the screen when paused, the names do the same) i can move around the world and drive i just cant see anything in the world but i can use menus and go into the police stations, what do i have to do to fix this issue? all help is greatly appreicated!
